L For brushless DC motor, the positive and negative poles are strictly prohibited to be reversed. l If you use DC12V, you can connect the blue wire directly to the positive pole without using a series resistor, but if you want to use DC24V, the blue wire (starting wire) must be connected with a 10K resistor before it can be connected to the positive pole.
