Used, untested, surplus from an applied physics research laboratory; assumed functional. E0136 wafer handling robot arm by Genmark Automation. Used in semiconductor manufacturing. Has three servo motors controlling Z axis, and both segments of the arm. I do not have a controller or pin map for this unit. There is one 50-pin male Centronics connector on the bottom of the unit.
