OEM side mirrors included left and right mirror, the right mirror needs a new lens however the plastics of the mirror and everything else is perfectly functional, left side is completely in perfectly functional condition and both mirrors are ready to bolt on, no cracks or breaks in plastics. I put towing mirrors on my truck and no longer need these stock mirrors.
